You can now exclude non-revenue diaries from your reporting using the Providers List.
This ensures that diary utilisation, Revenue Per Hour Available, and future available hours are calculated using revenue-generating providers only.

Including admin, nurse, TCO, or blocked diaries can distort KPIs and make performance appear better or worse than reality. This update gives you a true reflection of key metrics.
