🚨 Important: Only users with admin rights can set targets.
How to Add NHS UDA Contracts at Practice Level
To start managing your NHS UDA targets at the practice level, you’ll need to set up your practice-specific NHS UDA contracts.
Click the settings cog in the top right hand side.
Select Practice Admin Manager from the menu.
Select Practice Set up.
Click NHS UDA Targets and Values from the list.
The NHS UDA Targets Summary webpage will load.
To set up the targets, you firstly need to set your user permissions.
Click User Permissions in green.
Select the user's name and email address from the Users in Group drop down.
Select the Manage: NHS UDA Targets/Values user from the Available Perimissions drop down.
Click submit to save your permissions.
The practice(s) will be listed with all NHS UDA contract numbers for each.
Click Edit/View Detail under Action.
The NHS UDA Targets Detail page will appear.
Input the annual contract target under Contract Target.
Input the individual UDA rate under UDA/UOA Value (£)
Total annual contract value is calculated by multiplying Contract Target by UDA/UOA Value (£)
How do I add my NHS UDA Contracts at Provider level?
Once the practice-level contract is set up, you can assign UDA targets and values at the provider level to track individual performance.
Access the Provider Details section.
If your practice has multiple providers, you’ll need to manage their individual targets here by inputting the targets in the Provider Target box.
Click save changes to ensure your values has saved.
