How to run the Associates Report
Go to Report Finder on the navigation menu on the left and select NHS UDA Performance Summary Report from the NHS section.

Use this report to:
View the NHS contracts for the selected reporting period
View the number of UDAs claimed/pending and confirmed/completed
View the UDA value of claimed/pending and confirmed/completed
Setting your Parameters
Date range: Specify the reporting period
Practices: Select all practices or specific practices within the practice group
Contract filter: Select a specific NHS contract number
Dentist: Choose all providers or specific providers
What do the fields on this report tell me?
Target No: The UDA target set for the provider
Claimed No: The number of UDAs claimed
Variance No: The difference between UDAs claimed/pending and the UDA target
Confirmed: The number of UDAs confirmed/completed, as approved by the DPB
Contract Value â Claimed/Pending: The monetary value of UDAs claimed/pending
Contract Value â Confirmed/Completed: The monetary value of UDAs confirmed/completed
Contract Value â Variance: The difference between Contract Value â Confirmed/Completed and Contract Value â Claimed/Pending
