What do the fields on this report tell me?
Target No: the UDA target for provider.
Claimed No: the number of UDAs claimed.
Variance No: the difference between UDAs Claimed/pending and UDA set target.
Confirmed: the number of UDAs confirmed/completed as approved by the DPB.
Contract Value - Claimed/Pending : This factor determines the monetary value of 1 UDA.
Contract Value - Confirmed/Completed: This factor determines the monetary value of 1 UDA.
Contract Value - Variance: the difference between Contract Value - Confirmed/completed and and Contract Value - Claimed/Pending.
