This UK NHS-specific report shows the Units of Dental Activity (UDAs) claimed from the contract start date up to a specified as of date, as well as data for the calendar week containing that date. The data is broken down by provider within each practice.
For each practice section, the report includes the following columns:
Provider Name and Code: Full name and code of the provider.
YTD UDAs: Total UDAs claimed by the provider from 1st April up to the report’s as of date (Year-to-Date).
Weekly UDAs: Number of UDAs claimed by the provider during the calendar week that includes the as of date.
Appts (End Date): Number of patients seen, cancelled, and failed appointments for the as of date, based on completed, cancelled, and failed appointments on that day.
UDAs/Visit - YTD: Ratio of YTD UDAs to patients seen YTD (i.e., YTD UDAs ÷ YTD patients seen).
Appts (YTD): Similar to Appts (End Date) but covering the entire Year-to-Date period from 1st April to the as of date.

Parameters
The report parameters are:
As Of Date: The end date item of the date range indicates the report 'as of' date.
Practices: allows selection of all or specific practices within the practice group.
To download a copy of your report you can use the Export Data button to download a CSV spreadsheet.
You can use the Print button in the top right as needed.
