The Appointment Diary has been completely rebuilt in MPC. Summary tiles show Hours Available, Hours Booked, Whitespace, and Utilisation across the full period, while the new Diary Insights panel automatically flags your biggest whitespace issues and recommends where to focus your rebooking effort. Sort and then drill from group to practice to provider to a full slot-by-slot daily diary view in a few clicks. Supports future date ranges so you can spot and fill gaps before they become a problem.

What's changed?
These three reports are the first to be upgraded under MPC's new reports platform, running as Beta versions alongside your existing reports. Each has been rebuilt with summary tiles, donut and bar chart visualisations, dynamic filtering and search, and column management — making it significantly faster to find and act on the data you need. The New Patients Created Analysis also includes a new patient flow diagram, showing how new patients move from referral source through to completed treatment.

⚙️ NHS Regional Improvements
What's changed?
NHS payor fee data now correctly populates across the IWOD, Invoice & Payment, and Revenue Per Hour Worked reports for practices in Scotland and Wales. For NHS England practices, the Financial Summary has been updated to reflect UDAs Claimed across both the main portal and the Dentist Portal Dashboard.
