  • At-a-glance position – Tiles surface your Total FTAs, Outstanding, Rebooked Rate, and Frequent FTAs instantly.

  • Pattern analysis – Charts show where FTAs are concentrated by payor, practice, or provider.

  • Flexible views – Switch between By Practice and All FTAs, sorted how you need.

  • Better visibility – Filter, search, and manage columns to focus on what matters.

    Key benefits

  • Faster contact – Phone numbers visible directly in the diary, no need to switch screens.

  • Time saving – Reduces the steps needed to reach a patient about their appointment.
