What is the Productivity tile?

The feature tile shows your practice(s) productivity percentage and achieved revenue within the selected date range, against the top 5% of practices in the UK determined by Henry Schein One.

If more than one practice is selected, the Productivity percentage and Productivity Gap shown is an average of the selected practices over the specified date range

Benchmark your Practice against the top 5% of Performing Practices in the UK

Easily compare your practices figures against the best practice figures. This area allows you to easily-

•Identify where you are performing well.

•Identify where improvments need to be made.

•Leverage MPC reporting to drill down into problem areas

•Utilise Action Today and Custom Dashboards to monitor progress

What are the definitions?

  • Productivity %: Practice Productivity Achieved Revenue / Best Practice Revenue multiplied by 100.

  • Practice Productivity Achieved Revenue: Number of Actual Practice Hours Worked multiplied by Actual Practice Revenue per Hour.

  • Best Practice Revenue: (Number of practice hours available multiplied by Best Practice Diary Utilisation % (Worked%),(Average Top 5% UK Practices) multiplied by Best Practice Revenue per Hour Worked (Average Top 5% UK Practices).

  • Actual Practice Revenue per Hour: (Invoices Raised + (UDAs Claimed multiplied by Actual UDA Value or Default amount of £25) (UK Only)).

  • Productivity Gap: The financial gap between ‘Best Practice Revenue’ and ‘Practice Productivity Achieved Revenue’ displayed monetarily.

What sources are used?

Exact or Dentally Appointment Diary, Invoices Raised and if relevant UDAs Claimed.
