What is the Hours Worked tile?
Easily monitor practice and provider hourly rates.
The Hours Worked feature tile shows the number of hours worked (brown line on the graph) and hours available (excluding unblocked diaries) (blue line on the graph) within the selected date range.
If more than one practice is selected, the Hours Worked and Hours Available shown is an average of the selected practices over the specified date range.
Drill down to practice performance by selecting the month (or week) in the graph.
π Please note: Potential Unblocked Diaries are not included in the Hours Available figures.
What are the definitions?
Hours Worked: The total number of unblocked hours in the appointment diary where the patients appointments were completed.
Hours Available: The total number of unblocked hours in the appointment diary, excluding unblocked hours on days where no appointment has been booked (Potential Unblocked Diaries).
What sources are used?
The Appointment diary in the patient management software.
Review the data in the MPC Appointment Diary (Performance Reports) or the Appointment Analysis By Period report (Performance Reports).
