What is the Diary Utilisation tile?
The feature tile shows the diary Utilisation, also known as Hour Worked %, (excluding Unblocked Diaries), over the selected date range.
If more than one practice is selected, the Diary Utilisation shown is an average of the selected practices within the reporting period.

What are the definitions?
Diary Utilisation (Hours Worked % - Excluding Unblocked Diaries): Hours Worked/Available Hours excluding Unblocked Diaries as a percentage.
Unblocked Diaries: Any open diary without a single appointment for the day as shown on the Potential Unblocked Diaries feature on The Action Today dashboard.
What sources are used?
The data is calculated by taking the hours worked and hours available from your patient management software appointment diary.
