What is the Cancellations tile?
The feature tile shows the percentage of Cancelled hours (excluding Unblocked Diaries), Hours Cancelled or Patients Cancelled over the selected date range.
If more than one practice is selected, the Hours Cancelled %, Hours Cancelled or Patients Cancelled shown, is an average of the selected practices over the date range chosen.

What are the definitions?
Hours Cancelled % β Excluding Unblocked Diaries: Hours Cancelled/Hours Available excluding hours from days which have no booked appointment hours, as a percentage.
Unblocked Diaries: Any open diary without a single appointment for the day as shown on the Potential Unblocked Diaries feature on the Action Today dashboard.
Hours Cancelled: The total number of hours due to Cancelled appointments that were not booked with another appointment- unbooked in the diary.
Patients Cancelled: The number of appointments that were cancelled within the reporting period.
