What is the Patients Seen tile?
The feature tile reports on the number of completed booked appointments within the reporting date range.
Gives a measure of successful appointments, workload distribution and patient care efficiency.

What are the definitions?
Patients Seen: This is the total number of booked in appointments that are not cancelled out of the diary or the patient has failed to attend.
