What is the Dentally Definition?
On Dentally, a Lapsed Patient is a patient that has not had an appointment completed in the past 24 months. This includes patients that have never had an appointment since their patient record was created on Dentally.
What is the Exact Definition?
On Exact, a patient is designated a Lapsed Patient when the previously active patient (see MPC definition of active patient) has not had a completed appointment and a treatment within the past 24 months. This matches the MPC definition.
