What is the MPC Definition?

An Active Patient, as defined in MPC, is a patient that has had an appointment and a completed treatment within 24 months at the practice.

What is the Dentally Definition?

A patient becomes ‘active’ upon registration at the practice (patient record is created on Dentally) The patient is not required to have an appointment and completed treatment at the practice.

What is the Exact Definition?

A patient becomes ‘active’ upon registration at the practice (patient record is created on Exact) The patient is not required to have an appointment and completed treatment at the practice.

How can I monitor my Active Patients on MPC?

An Active Patient, as defined in MPC, is a patient that has had an appointment and a completed treatment within 24 months.
