Finding this Report
Navigate to Performance > Recall Effectiveness in the MPC menu.

Select start and end dates
Select Practice(s)
Select Provider(s)
Select Payor Type (All, NHS or Private)
Select Report by individual Practice or Summary of all selected Practices
Click Create Report
