What is the Recall Effectiveness tile?
The Recall Effectiveness feature tile allows you to view the percentage of successful recall appointments due which have a future appointment booked at the practice or the appointment is completed over the selected dates chosen.
📝 Please note: We are reporting on both dentist and hygiene recalls which is essential for minimising patient attrition and maintaining patient retention to ensure continuous care.
💡Top tip: Utilise the Recalls Due Without Appointment Booked feature on the Action Today Dashboard to increase your recall effectiveness %.
What are the definitions?
Recall Effectiveness %: Total number of successful recalls divided by Total number of Recalls due displayed as a percentage.
Total Success: The total number of appointment recalls with status Booked or Completed occurring during the reporting period.
Total Recalls: The total number of appointment recalls due (both Dentist and Hygienist recalls), less those that have the status Inactive or Do Not Recall, during the reporting period.
