What does the Recall Effectiveness Detail Report show?
The Recall Effectiveness Detail Report shows detailed information for each patient recall, helping you track recall activity and booking outcomes.
The report includes:
Patient details
Recall type (Dentist or Hygienist)
Recall due date
Recall status (e.g. failed, future, booked, completed)
Whether a recall appointment has been booked
Recall communication history, including number of contacts
This report allows you to quickly identify patients who are overdue or have not responded to recall communications, helping you take timely action to fill appointment diaries and support ongoing patient care.
