The Provider Contract Hours feature on Custom Dashboards gives visibility of the hours a provider is scheduled to work (Hours Available) compared to their required contracted hours. Contract hours must be entered in Practice Setup for the report to generate.
How do I add Provider Contract Hours?
đ¨ Important: Only users with admin rights can add contracted hours.
Click Practice Set Up in lower-left corner.
Scroll down to Provider Contracted Hours.
Set up user permissions by clicking the green User Permissions button â select the user from the dropdown and assign the appropriate permission, then click Submit.
Click Set Contracted Hours next to the practice name.
Enter the contracted hours for each provider for the entire year, per month or per week.
Click Submit to save.
