Provider contract hours is a new feature report on The Custom Dashboards. It provides visibility on the hours that a provider is scheduled to work in the practice (Hours Available) and their required contracted hours.
The provider contract hours for each associate needs inputted under the Practice Set Up area for the report to generate.
How do I add the Provider Contracted Hours?
π¨ Important: Only users with admin rights can add the contracted hours.
Click on Settings at the top right hand corner.
Choose Practice Admin Manager from the dropdown.
Click Practice Set Up.
Down to Provider Contracted Hours
You need to set the User Permissions by clicking the green button and choose the user from the dropdown and set the available permissions.
Click Submit to save the user permissions set up.
Click Set Contracted Hours beside the practice name
The below screen will appear input the contracted hours for each for your providers for the month.
Once all contracted hours are set, click Submit.
Great news! The set up is completed.
