Revenue per Hour Worked Report
This report generates a league table ranking providers and practices based on their actual earnings per hour worked. The following revenue streams are included in the calculation:
Invoices Raised: This includes all fee-per-item charges and any applicable NHS fees.
Units of Dental Activity (UDAs): Counted at either the normalised UDA rate or the rate specified in the Practice Setup. Please note: patient fees are excluded from this calculation.
Capitation Fees:
NHS Scotland and Northern Ireland capitation payments
Private capitation schemes (e.g., Denplan)
Patient & Payor Fees:
Applicable to NHS Scotland and Northern Ireland
Setting the Normalised UDA Rate
To set your UDA rate:

Practice Setup > NHS Normalised UDA Rate ConfigurationFrom there, you can enter the desired UDA rate that will be used as the standard across the practice for internal calculations and reporting.
