What is the Revenue Per Hour Worked Summary by Period Report?

Provides a periodic summary of revenue generated per hour worked, allowing you to compare associates activity on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

How to run the Revenue Per Hour Worked Summary by Period Report?

  • Go to Financial on the navigation menu on the left and select Revenue Per Hour Worked Summary by Period Report from the dropdown.

  • Work through the filters to ensure you are reporting on the correct parameters.

  • Select the reporting period by choosing your Start Date and End Date from the calendar icon.

  • Select the Practice/Practices.

  • Choose the Providers.

  • Choose the Summary Level.

  • Select the Include Capitation option.

  • Choose Revenue Per Hour Type.

  • Click Create Report to run the data.

Viewing your Revenue Per Hour Worked Summary by Period Report

The report shows the total revenue by each month by default.

💡Top tip: If you click into Monthly Report in the top right corner, you change change the data view from the dropdown to daily or weekly to give more of an insight.

What are the Revenue definitions in the report?

There are many streams of revenue that are included in the total revenue figure-

  1. Invoices raised through your Patient Management Software.

  2. Any invoice adjustments made during the week/month

  3. Private Capitation (Membership Plan) revenue as defined in your Patient Management Software. The source is the fee in the Band Setup.

  4. NHS England and Wales-

    • UDAs claimed at the UDA value in MPC Practice Setup, or a default value of £25/UDA claimed.

    • The patient fee invoiced in your Patient Management Software is NOT included.

  5. NHS Scotland and NI:

    • NHS Payor fee and patient fee.

    • NHS capitation.
