Total costs divided by number of chair hours available.
Net Profit
Gross Profit (i.e. profit after paying the Providers) minus Practice Costs = Net Profit.

Net Profit divided by Chair Hours Available.
3 Month Trend Costs
Average of the past 3 months Costs per Chair Hour Available compared to this month's Cost per Chair Hour Available.
