Displays the Hours Booked %, Hours Booked, and Hours Available for Active Providers over the selected future date range.
When multiple practices are selected, the values shown represent an average across those practices for the specified period.
Monitoring Hours Booked % in advance (weeks or months ahead) supports accurate budget forecasting and highlights the gap between booked and available hours.
To view performance by individual practice, click on a specific month (or week) in the graph to drill down.
Definitions
Hours Booked %: The Hours Booked / Hours Available as a percentage.
Hours Booked: The total number of unblocked hours in the appointment diary successfully associated with appointments for the future period selected.
Hours Available: The total number of unblocked hours in the appointment diary for the future period selected.
