Tile Overview: Practice Hours Analysis
This tile compares three key metrics:
Practice opening hours (from the Practice Potential Configuration in the MPC Practice Setup),
Appointment diary hours, and
Actual hours worked, both sourced from the Patient Management Software (PMS).
📝 Please note: The appointment diary and actual hours worked are assumed accurate as recorded in the PMS. Any incorrect diary blocking in the PMS may lead to a misleading analysis of the practice’s (or group’s) revenue opportunity.
The graph presents data for the previous 12-month rolling period.
Mouse over any data point to view the associated number of hours.
Use the legend at the bottom to toggle individual data series on or off.
