You can use this data to:

  • Identify whether patients are following through with recommended treatment, ensuring oral health needs are being met.

  • Highlight barriers to acceptance (e.g., cost concerns, fear, lack of understanding) so they can be addressed

  • Improve continuity of care by reducing incomplete or delayed treatments.

Treatment Created vs. Started and Booked

Treatment Created vs. Started and Booked helps you track conversion. You can identify both the value and number of treatments created within a given period, and compare them to the treatments that have actually been taken up (i.e., where the next appointment is booked and the service code is ticked).
