How to Add Customer Success Setup

Guide on adding Custom Success details.

If you have a Customer Success Consultant assigned to your practice, this is the page to add their details.

How do I add the Customer Success details?

  • Click Add Practice in the top right hand side.

  • Input the Consultant name, start and end date.

  • Ensure the name of the practice is ticked on the right hand side.

  • Click Save
