This report is designed to be run for a current or future date range and provides a summary of hours booked across various time slots during the working day of selected providers.
If the "Report by Individual Practice" option is selected, a separate section is shown for each selected practice, followed by a consolidated summary that totals data across all selected practices.

Each report section includes the following information:
Summary Graphic Dial
A visual representation of the overall Booked % across the reporting periodDate
The date associated with the data row. Depending on the selected report type (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), each row will represent a corresponding time intervalHours Available
The total number of unblocked hours in the appointment diary for the period, across all selected providersTimeslot Breakdown
Booked hours are shown for the following daily intervals:Before 9 AM
9 AM β 12 PM
12 PM β 2 PM
2 PM β 5 PM
5 PM β 8 PM
After 8 PM
These figures represent the total booked hours in each time slot, excluding cancelled or failed appointments
Weekend
Total hours booked on weekends for all selected providers. This column only shows non-zero values on weekend dates (for daily reports) or for any period containing a weekend (for weekly or monthly reports)Appointments

Total blocked hours labeled as Holiday (based on block reasons containing the word "holiday")Other

A graphical plot is displayed below the data table, providing a line chart that illustrates key booking metrics over the selected reporting period. The chart includes the following measures:

This visual representation helps identify trends in appointment utilisation and whitespace over time.
Report Parameters
The report can be customized using the following parameters:
Report by Individual Practice
Choose whether to display data for each selected practice separately or as a single combined summary across all selected practicesReport Type (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Specify how the data should be grouped: by day, week, or month within the reporting periodDate Range
Defines the start and end dates for the reporting periodPractices
Select one or more practices within the practice group to include in the reportDentist (Provider)
Choose to include all providers or specific individuals
To download a copy of your report you can use the Export Data button to download a CSV spreadsheet.
You can use the Print button in the top right as needed.
To set up automation of the report you can use the Schedule Report button
