  • Date: If the reporting period is set to weekly or monthly, each row in the table will represent a specific week or month. For daily reporting, each row will correspond to a single day within the reporting period.

  • Days: Each row represents a period of time, with 1 day for daily reporting, and the total days for weekly or monthly reporting.

  • Patients Booked: Each row shows the number of appointments booked/completed, cancelled, or failed within the specified period.

  • New Patients: Each row shows the number of new patient appointments within the specified period.

  • % New Patients: New Patients / Patients Booked as a percentage.

  • Est New Patient Revenue: Each row shows the estimated revenue from new patient appointments, based on the 'cost estimate' for those appointments in your Patient Management Software (PMS).

The Report Parameters are:

  • Report by Individual Practice: This dropdown allows you to either view data for each selected practice separately or see the combined total data for all selected practices in one summary section.

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report: This dropdown allows you to select how the data will be aggregated—by day, week, or month—within the reporting period.

  • Date range: Defines the reporting period.

  • Practices: allows selection of all or specific practices within the practice group.

  • Dentist: allow selection of all or specific dentists (providers).

Summary graphic dial: This displays the overall % New Patients' average as a graph, matching the value in the '% New Patients' column of the total row in the table—that is, the percentage for the entire reporting period.
