Dashbord via Revenue Tracker Overview

The Revenue Tracker dashboard displays Year-to-Date (YTD) revenue data compared to the two previous years. Depending on a user's permissions, the dashboard can present data at the individual practice, area, or group level. It also benchmarks performance against the current year’s revenue target.

Key Features:

  • Practice and Group Selection:
    For group-level users, select ‘Show data for all practices’ to access dashboards for individual practices.

  • Graphical Revenue Insights:
    The dashboard includes several graphs that illustrate:

    • Overall revenue (YTD and monthly)

    • Revenue by key business areas:

      • Private Dental

      • Hygiene

      • Capitation

      • Public health schemes (where applicable)

  • In-Tile Help Guides:
    For more detailed explanations about each graph and the relevance of the data shown, consult the local Help guides found within each graph tile.

Setting Financial Targets

To configure financial targets:

  1. Click the Cog button (topr right)

2. Click Practice Account Manager

3. Select ‘Financial Target Management’ from the menu.

Available Target Categories:

You can set annual targets for the following revenue streams, depending on your location:

  • UK Practices:

    • NHS Revenue

    • Private Dental Revenue

    • Hygiene Revenue

    • Private Capitation Plans

    • Product Sales

  • Republic of Ireland (ROI) Practices (if applicable):

    • GMS

Practice Selection

When you have access to multiple practices, the dashboard will default to displaying a summary of all practices. To view data for specific practices:

  • Click on "Show data for all practices".

  • Select the desired practice(s) from the list.

  • Click the "Refresh" button on the right side of the Practice Selection tile.
