This report provides a summary of patient demographics, displaying the number of patients by age category, grouped by:
Practice
Payor Code
Gender
Note: Patients with unknown age (marked as "Unknown") typically have a blank Date of Birth (DOB) in the Patient Management Software (PMS).
Select As Of Date: Select as of date. Defaulted to yesterday
Select Practices: Select all or individual practice
Select Last Treatment:
Select Treatment in last 24 months to view active patients.
Select Treatment over 24 months for lapsed patients.
Select All for all registered patients in practice regardless of when last seen.
Select Payor Types:
All Payor Types: All Payor Types.
NHS: All selected patients with Payor Type NHS.
Private: shows all selected patients with Payor Type other than Denplan or NHS.
Denplan: All the Denplan categories are under one heading. Drill down to the detail to view each plan associated with each patient.
Reporting Level
Practice summaries patient demographics at practice level.
