What does the Patient FTA Details Report Tell Me?

This report gives all the details of all patient failed appointments over a selected period.

πŸ’‘ Top tip: Every column is sortable by clicking the title bar. Figures can be sorted highest to lowest, dates in ascending or descending order and others alphabetically

🚨 Important: Use scroll bar to scroll to the right to view whole report.

Parameters

  • Select start and end date

  • Select Practice(s)

  • Select Provider (s)

  • Click Create Report

🚨 Important: Use scroll bar to scroll to the right to view whole report.

Use this report to identify patients who have failed to attend their appointment and have no future appointment booked.

Find Patients who FTA Appointments and have NO future booking

🚨 Important: this report shows all FTA appointments - click in the 'New Appointment Made' column to bring patients with NO future appointment booked to the top of the list

Identify the number of time a patient has FTA appointments over the last 24 months

Patient Contact Details

Scroll right for patient contact details.

  • To download a copy of your report you can use the Export Data button to download a CSV spreadsheet.

  • You can use the Print button in the top right as needed.

  • To set up automation of the report you can use the Schedule Report button.
