The Cancellations Detail Report gives you a detailed breakdown of active patients with a cancelled appointment β€” including the cancellation date, reason, patient name and more.

Use this report to spot trends, identify churn risks, and improve retention.

πŸ“ Please note: Only patients with an active record on your practice management software will show on this report. The report does not include inactive patients.

Parameters

  • Select start and end date

  • Select Practice(s)

  • Select Provider (s)

  • Click Create Report

🚨 Important: Use scroll bar to scroll to the right to view the whole report.

Use this report to identify patients who have cancelled their appointment and have no future appointment booked.

Find Patients who Cancelled Appointments and have NO future booking

🚨 Important: this report shows all cancelled appointments - click in the 'New Appointment Made' column to bring patients with NO future appointment booked to the top of the list

Identify the number of times an appointment has been cancelled over the last 24 months

Check the reason for the cancelled appointment.

Patient Contact Details

Scroll right for patient contact details.

  • To download a copy of your report you can use the Export Data button to download a CSV spreadsheet.

  • You can use the Print button in the top right as needed.

  • To set up automation of the report you can use the Schedule Report button.
