What does the Fail to Attend tile show?

The Fail to Attend tile on the Action Today Dashboard displays:

  • Number patients that have failed to attend last working day.

  • Number of patients that have failed to attend in the last 30 days where no future appointment has been booked.

You can click either number to open the Patient FTA Detail Report.

What is the Patient FTA Detail Report?

The report tracks all missed appointments from the past 30 days, including patients with or without a future appointment booked.

The report includes:

  • Patients full name

  • Payor code

  • Original appointment date and time

  • Treatment booked

  • Provider the appointment was booked with

  • Number of times the patient has failed to attend in the last 24 months

How to Use the Report Effectively

πŸ’‘Top Tip: Check the New Appointment Made column to see if the patient has another appointment booked before contacting the patients.

πŸ’‘ Top tip: Use the FTA's last 24 months column to compare patient FTA history against your FTA policy.

🚨 Important: Use the column heading to toggle on New Appointment Made to bring the patients with no future appointment booked to the top of this list

πŸ’‘ Top tip: Blank column means the information is not available in your Patient Management Software (PMS)
