Navigate to the MPC Management Portal
Click 'Forgot your password'
Enter in the email address you used to sign up with MPC and click 'REMIND'.
You will be sent a password reset email, this may take up to 5 minutes to arrive.
Check your spam or junk mail if you do not see this arrive into your main inbox.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
How to unlock my MPC account
If you fail to log in successfully after multiple attempts, your account will be locked for a period of time, after which you can then try again.
