Where can I get a breakdown of each report?

  • The 'Help' button in the top right of the screen gives access to the library of useful articles when selecting the Help Centre

  • Or you can click on the 'i' icon next to the title of each report to access a unique breakdown of each report on MPC

  • Clicking here will open detailed description of the report. This includes; date parameters, data sources and resource columns.

How to Print my MPC Reports

  • Each Report can be Printed and easily delegated by clicking the print icon located on the top right of report.

How to export my MPC Reports to excel spreadsheets

  • Each report can be exported to an excel spreadsheet by clicking the 'Export Data' button in the top right of the screen.

  • This allows you to view large amounts of data in a filterable format, giving you the flexibility to read, filter and digest the information and utilise it to set yourself actionable tasks off the back of your outcome.

How to schedule my MPC Reports to come to my inbox

  • Reports can be scheduled to automatically come to your inbox at a date and time of your specification.

  • Click 'Schedule Report' button in the top right of the report.

  • Click 'Schedule report'.

  • Choose a Report Name and set the Password - this will be required to open the zip file when it comes to you inbox so please take a note of it.

  • Choose schedule and frequency from the drop down menu eg. weekly.

  • Choose the hour and the minute you would like it sent.

  • Set the email address of the User for the report to go to.

  • Ensure you have set up required parameters of the specific report you wish to run. For example, which practices or providers to include, and any filters. Note that each report may differ. Without these set the scheduled report will not give you accurate figures.
