How to Use Unpaid Invoice Amounts on the Action Today Dashboard.

What does the Unpaid Invoices tile show?

The Unpaid Invoices preview on the Action Today Dashboard displays invoices that have been raised but not fully paid, grouped by:

  • Last working day

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

πŸ“Please note: Unallocated Payments from your practice management software are included in these figures.
If something looks incorrect, check your practice management software to ensure payments have been allocated to the correct invoices.

Click any of the boxes to open the Invoice & Payment Report, where you can view full details of unpaid invoices. By default the report will show data for the last 30 days. This can be amended by selecting the start and end date then create report in the top right hand corner.

How to use the filters

In the Invoice & Payment Report, you can filter data by:

  • Payment Type

  • Date Range

  • Practice

  • Provider

  • Payor Code

This helps you focus on specific areas or follow up on outstanding payments efficiently.

Viewing Treatment Plan Details

By clicking onto the blue Course of Treatment number this will open The Treatment Plans Detail which shows what treatment has been invoiced and the invoice date. This is helpful for reception teams if patients query the balance.

The Treatment Plan Detail Report also reflects the COT and all related invoices raised.

Exporting, Printing & Scheduling

  • Use Export Data to download a CSV copy of the report.

  • Use the Print button if you need a physical copy.

  • Use Schedule Report to automate regular delivery of this report.
