Tile Overview: Recall Lag Analysis
Recall Lag measures how much later completed appointments occurred compared to the patient's original recall due date. The associated opportunity cost estimates the potential revenue lost due to these delays.
This tile calculates recall lag for each practice and models the potential revenue gain if:
The practice achieves the average recall lag of all practices, and
The practice matches the recall lag performance of the top 5% of practices
