This report lists treatment service items included in invoices issued during the selected reporting period.

Treatment Trends & Demand Analysis

Revenue Analysis – Identifies high-earning procedures and overall income trends

Service Demand – Determines which treatments are most and least frequently performed

  • Select Date range: Defines the reporting period.

  • Select Practice(s).

  • Select Provider(s).

  • Payor Type filter: select either All Payor Types, NHS (UK only) or Private, filters by patient payor type.

  • Invoice Type filter: select either All Invoice Types, NHS Invoices (UK only) or Private Invoices. This filters by the payor of the COT that the treatment is associated with.

  • Report by Individual Practice: this dropdown allows a choice between showing data for each selected practice separately, or data from all selected practices totalled up in one single summary section.

What does the Revenue By Service Code Report tell me?

  • Practice: the practice this section relates to.

  • Service Code: the treatment service item code, e.g. A for filling, or S/P for Scale & Polish.

  • Service Description: the treatment service item description.

  • Quantity: how many of specific service items were charged in the period.

  • Amount: the total revenue obtained from invoice lines relating to that particular service item.

  • Service Cost: the total service cost from invoice lines relating to that particular service item. This value is set in the Patient Management Software (PMS) on the 'Fees' tab for a service code, in the 'Service Cost' field.

  • Amount Net Of Service Cost: the value Amount - Service Cost, i.e. the amount after taking into account service costs.

  • To download a copy of your report you can use the Export Data button to download a CSV spreadsheet.

  • You can use the Print button in the top right as needed.

  • To set up automation of the report you can use the Schedule Report button.
