Analyse Appointment KPI Data for current and previous 2 years.
Patients Booked: the total of Patients Seen, Patients Cancelled and Patients Failed for this period. For further analysis, please go to Appointment Analysis by Period report in the Performance module.
Patients Seen: the total number of booked in appointments that are not cancelled or failed. For past periods it is the same as Patients Completed.

Patients Failed To Attend (FTA): the number of FTA appointments. For further analysis, please go to Appointment Analysis by Period report in the Performance module.
Patients Cancelled: the number of appointments cancelled within the period.
For further analysis, please go to Appointment Analysis by Period report in the Performance module.
Shows specific business KPIs for all selected practices, and each selected practice individually for current and previous 2 years.

Select Payor Type(s)
Toggle plots by clicking in the keys for selected year.
