What does the Income Report show?
The total of all invoices and adjustments raised within the reporting period. These invoice total amounts are displayed in groups by practice.
How to run the Income Report?
Go to Financial on the navigation menu on the left and select Income Report from the dropdown.
Work through the filters to ensure you are reporting on the correct parameters.
Select the reporting period by choosing your Start Date and End Date from the calendar icon.
Select the Practice/Practices.
Select the Providers.
Click Create Report to run the data.
Viewing your Income Report
The invoices are group by payor types on the report.
π Please note: Both patient invoice and payor invoice amounts are included in the values shown.
These totals are further broken down on the rows by provider, and on columns by the invoice payor category.
Provider Type: The category of provider, e.g. Dentist or Hygienist.
Provider: The name and unique provider code.
Payor codes: These relate to the payor code a particular invoice is associated with. This could be 'Private' (blank payor code), NHS for a UK NHS payor, or a specific payment plan (e.g. Denplan)
To download a copy of your report you can use the Export Data button to download a CSV spreadsheet.
You can use the Print button in the top right as needed.
To set up automation of the report you can use the Schedule Report button.
