Introduction to MPC Explorer

MPC Explorer is your practice’s analytics workspace. It brings together performance data, treatment activity, and treatment plan insights in one place so you can understand what’s happening in your practice quickly and confidently.

If you’ve ever struggled to find the numbers you need or spent too long building reports manually, Explorer is designed to make that easier. It turns complex data into clear tables, visualisations, dashboards, and smart AI-generated insights.

With our AI Assistant, MAC, you can simply ask a question in plain English and Explorer will build the report for you, then summarise the answers.

What You Can Do with Explorer

  • Track capacity, utilisation, whitespace, FTAs and cancellations.

  • See how practices or providers are performing over time.

  • Understand patient flow and operational trends.
