This dashboard shows the number and value of treatments created within a selected period compared to those that have been started and booked. It highlights treatment conversion by:
Created Treatments β the total count and value of all treatment plans generated.
Started & Booked Treatments β the subset where a next appointment has been booked and the service code has been ticked, indicating uptake.
Treatment Plan Values β a breakdown of the financial value of created vs. started/booked treatments, helping to measure revenue conversion and identify gaps in uptake.
