An open COT typically indicates ongoing patient care and should be supported by an upcoming appointment. When that link is missing, it could point to delays, oversight, or system gaps.

Included in this view:

  • Open COTs without a valid appointment scheduled within the next 270 days.

  • COTs that remain open but should have been archived.

  • Completed treatments that are not yet TC’d, potentially affecting reporting and contract performance.

💡 Top tip: This tile helps practices quickly identify and prioritise follow-up actions to ensure patients remain on track and contract activity is accurately reflected.
