The tile on the Action Today Dashboard shows for the last working day and last 1 week:
The number of workflow failures
Total number of patients seen

Workflow Compliance Detail Report
Click on the Reception Workflow Compliance Failure tile to view detailed information for every departure event, including:
Appointment date and time
Reception user code that completed the checkout
Patient details
Overall status of workflow compliance items
Detailed information on individual compliance failures

Understanding Workflow Failures
Workflow failures are easy to identify within the report under the Key Completion Items header.
The failure reason is pulled directly from the drop-down selection in your PMS, chosen by the user completing the checkout.
This ensures clarity and accountability when reviewing why workflows were not completed.
